OpenAI report: agent tools now make up over half of AI output at its EU enterprise customers
OpenAI Economic Research says Codex and ChatGPT Work generated more than half of output tokens in its EU ChatGPT Enterprise sample, ranging from 22% in Slovenia to 85% in Lithuania. Weekly active users of those agent tools at EU small and medium businesses (200 or fewer users) grew more than eightfold since May, with growth in every member state. The figures come from OpenAI's own customer data, not all European businesses.
