Physical Intelligence opens its robot foundation models to developers with the Pi API beta
Developers upload robot demonstration data, fine-tune Physical Intelligence's latest π model on infrastructure it manages, and run the result on their robots through hosted inference. Early users include Actor, whose autonomous wheel loader fills a dump truck with no operator aboard, and Almond, whose Axol robot deburrs parts after four days of iterating with the API.
