Qwen Research License, not open-source. Qwen-Image-2.1-Turbo is an accelerated checkpoint of Qwen-Image-2.1 that does text-to-image generation and image editing in 8 denoising steps, using the same 7B architecture. It loads in Diffusers with its sampling schedule built in.
