Find, view and lease an apartment for a relocating family
My family is moving to [city] on [date]. Find 20 apartments for rent that fit: [bedrooms], [budget], near [school/office]. Put them in a Google Sheet with price, size, link and contact. Then propose viewing times that fit my calendar. Don't contact landlords until I approve.
Steps
- Give the agent the problem: family arriving in a week with nowhere to live.
- It finds options and puts them in a Google Sheet.
- It books viewings around your calendar.
- It negotiates the lease with landlords.
