Build a food and fitness tracker by talking to Grok Bot

@AnotherHumanSol built a personal food and fitness tracker with Grok Bot by talking from the driver's seat of their Tesla — no coding.

Build me a private food and fitness tracker with activity rings, macros (protein/carbs/fat/fiber), a 30-day weight trend, calories in vs out, and a meal log. No coding from me. Make it usable on my phone. Seed with placeholder data I can replace. Do not give medical advice.
Steps
  1. List the metrics and meal fields you care about.
  2. Have the bot build a private page or local HTML app.
  3. Enter real meals and weigh-ins yourself.
  4. Do not treat AI calorie estimates as medical advice.

Copy five single-job Grok Bot templates for content and launches

@HamzaDincer built five free-to-copy Grok Bot templates in one week, each with one job: Content Engine (drafts posts, never posts them), Launch Operator (next launch tasks daily), Growth Coach.

Act as my [JOB: content engine / launch operator / growth coach]. One job only. Draft [OUTPUT] from my real wins and product facts. Never post or email anyone without my OK. Ask if a fact is missing instead of inventing it.
Steps
  1. Copy one template at a time.
  2. Set a hard rule: drafts only, no posting without you.
  3. Feed it your real wins and product facts.
  4. Approve every outbound message.

Have Grok Bot bid at a live webcast auction while you travel, within limits you set

While traveling, Michael Dorausch (@chiropractic) had Grok Bot bid on items at a live webcast auction after they went over strategy together and set limits.

I will be traveling during a live webcast auction. Help me plan a bidding strategy for these items: [items]. My maximum for each item is [limits], including buyer's premium and tax. Bid only on these items and never above my limits. When the auction ends, send me a recap of every win with the total paid.
Steps
  1. Agree on a bidding strategy with the bot before the auction.
  2. Give it a maximum price for each item.
  3. Let it bid live while you are away.
  4. Check its recap against the auction's invoice, including buyer's premium and tax.

Have Grok Bot connect your Tesla to Fleet API then build a quick game

@NICKMOBLEY gave their AI agents a challenge.

Help me connect my Tesla [MODEL] to the official Tesla Fleet API with scopes limited to [SCOPES]. Walk OAuth step by step. I will paste codes myself. After lock/unlock works on a parked car I can see, optionally build a small [GAME] that does not need vehicle access. Never store my tokens in a public place.
Steps
  1. Register a Tesla developer app with minimal scopes.
  2. Complete OAuth yourself; do not paste the refresh token into a public chat.
  3. Test lock/unlock while standing next to the car.
  4. Revoke the app if you are done experimenting.

Ask Grok Bot to check a download on its own computer before you install it

@AccessTips asked Grok Bot whether something they wanted to download was safe and not a fake.

I want to install software from this URL: [URL]. On your own computer (not mine), download it but do not run or install it. Check: that the site is the publisher's official site and uses HTTPS, who the publisher is, the digital signature if the file type has one (for example Windows .exe/.msi or macOS .pkg/.dmg), the publisher's listed checksum if there is one, and its reputation. Report: safe / suspicious / do not install, with the exact checks you ran and any checks that weren't possible for this file type. Do not send me the file.
Steps
  1. Send Grok Bot the link to the download page and ask it to check the file on its own computer, not yours.
  2. Ask it to confirm the site is the maker's official one and that the page has no "paste this command" tricks.
  3. Have it check the digital signature if the file type has one, the publisher's checksum if one is listed, and whether the file has been flagged.
  4. Don't run or install anything, including files you already downloaded, until it reports back.

Ask Grok Bot to set up a website that a Grok Bot agent then runs

@RFWoolford (Oct 15) says they asked Grok Bot to set up a website developed and run by a Grok Bot agent, mostly out of curiosity.

Set up a website for [AUDIENCE] about [TOPIC], then keep running it: add one new guide or tool each [DAY/WEEK], draft promotion posts and answer site email. Send me a weekly list of everything you published and changed, and ask before anything goes out under my name for the first [N] weeks.
Steps
  1. Pick a narrow audience and topic for the site, like their beginner guide to AI tools and scams.
  2. Ask Grok Bot to set up the site and an agent that keeps building it.
  3. Give the agent the day-to-day jobs: new guides, new tools, promotion and email.

Run a Grok Bot music pipeline from lyrics to YouTube, approving each step

@PaulHPowell13 (Oct 15) shared a Grok Bot music pipeline: a Songwriter bot writes lyrics and a style prompt for Suno or Aethrmusik, they approve the lyrics and prompts.

Set up three bots for my music. Songwriter: turn my idea into lyrics and a style prompt for [MUSIC TOOL], wait for my approval, then make two versions and send me the links. Video Maker: from the approved song, make a 30 second short and a full lyrics video, then wait for my approval. Release Manager: upload approved videos to [CHANNEL] with links to [STREAMING PAGE].
Steps
  1. Give your Songwriter bot an idea or catch phrase; it writes lyrics and a style prompt for Suno or Aethrmusik.
  2. Approve the lyrics and prompts; the bot enters them and sends you links to two versions to pick from or redo.
  3. The Songwriter passes the wav file to a Video Maker bot, which makes a 30 second short and a full lyrics video.
  4. Approve the videos; a Release Manager bot uploads them to YouTube with links to your Spotify and from the short to the full song.

Answer the messages a support bot missed during a server outage, then switch the catch-up off

Freelance automation developer Dmitry Prozorovsky runs an n8n-based AI support bot for a motorcycle-gear shop's VK community.

Design an n8n recovery workflow for my support bot:
1. Trigger: poll [MONITOR] API every [N] minutes for my server's recent up/down history.
2. Start the backfill only after the server has been up for [N] minutes in a row.
3. Pull conversations from [CHANNEL] for the outage window and compare against the bot's reply log; keep only messages with no reply from the bot or a human.
4. Answer each one, fetching current order status and prices at reply time.
5. When the list is empty, deactivate the backfill workflow.
List the nodes, and how to avoid touching conversations a human is already handling.
Steps
  1. Watch the server from outside it, so the check still works when the server is down.
  2. After an outage, wait until the monitor history shows the server is stable again.
  3. Compare conversations with the bot's own records and reply only to messages that never got an answer.
  4. Look up live order status and prices at reply time, then switch the workflow back off.

2. Calculate how often each run finds no changes.
3. Flag routines with a NO_CHANGE rate above 95%.
4. Recommend slower schedules or event triggers where appropriate.
5. Estimate the monthly cost before and after.
6. Keep risky actions behind human approval.

Return an audit report with evidence and proposed changes. Do not modify anything until I approve.

Build a browser driving school with Claude Opus when you cannot drive yet

@rocky_ganji, who says they cannot drive, asked Claude Opus 5.5 to build a manual-car driving school in the browser: clutch, gears, hill starts, junctions and a free drive around Abids, Hyderabad.

Build a browser manual-driving trainer.
Car: clutch, throttle, brake, 1–5+R+N, handbrake. Fail states: stall on fast clutch lift; grind if shifting without clutch; rollback on hills.
Include 6 lessons and a free-drive map of [AREA]. Add a tutor that, on stall, plots throttle vs clutch over the last 3 seconds.
Controls: keyboard on desktop; on-screen pedals on mobile. No accounts.
Steps
  1. List lessons (move-off, shift, stop, hill start, turn, reverse park).
  2. Require realistic fail states and a tutor tip when you stall.
  3. Ship keyboard + on-screen pedal controls.

2. If the step is GO, wait for my explicit “go”.
3. Run it, compare output, write pass/fail + raw output to the dashboard.
4. On mismatch: stop, propose a fix, wait.
Start at step 1. Never skip a GO.
Steps
  1. Put every step on one page: command, expected output, failure action, GO or not.
  2. Dry-run until mismatches become runbook fixes, not surprises.

Have a critic agent check your game against real footage until nothing looks fake

@prasenx asked Claude to build a browser skateboarding game, then had a separate critic agent compare captured frames with real skatepark photos and skate footage.

You are the critic. You will get only screenshots, keyframes and clips from my build, plus real reference photos and footage of [SUBJECT]. Do not read the code. List everything that looks fake as: Fake (which frames show it), Real (which reference shows the truth), Fixed when (what a fix must look like). Tag each item BREAKS, NOTICEABLE or MINOR. Add a Keep list of what already works and a Not shown list of captures you need next time. End with PASS or FAIL.
Steps
  1. Script fixed camera shots and a manual frame clock so every capture is repeatable.
  2. Collect real reference photos and clips of the thing you're simulating; record source and licence.
  3. Run the critic on media only and get a findings list with a Keep list of what must not regress.

Have a Grok Bot chain Suno, Midjourney and Opus into a music-video teaser

Creator @anabology published Claudia, a Grok Bot that uses Suno, Midjourney and Opus to make music videos.

You are Claudia, a Grok Bot that produces music-video teasers end to end.

Tools you may use (only if connected): Suno (music), Midjourney or Imagine (stills/clips), Opus or a video editor (assemble).

On the first turn, before any greeting, ask me for:
1) Song concept / lyrics seed (or "instrumental")
2) Visual style (era, palette, references)
3) Length of the teaser (e.g. 15–30 seconds)
4) What I must approve before you spend credits (default: every generate and every publish)

Then:
1. Draft a short creative brief and wait for my OK.
2. Generate music, then stills/clips that match the brief.
3. Assemble a teaser; show me a preview link or frames.
4. Do not post, publish or spend beyond the approvals I gave.

If a tool is missing, say which one and stop that step. Never invent results you did not produce.
Steps
  1. Connect music, image and video tools to a Grok Bot (or open a public template that already does).
  2. Write a brief: song idea, visual style, teaser length, and what needs your OK before generating.
  3. Have the bot produce music, then matching stills/clips, then assemble a teaser.

Have Grok Bot file 311 reports for a dangerous pothole on your street

@jon_s123 says their nanny hit a large pothole on their Austin street and the car had to be towed.

A pothole at [ADDRESS / CROSS STREETS] in [CITY] damaged a car on [DATE]. Find my city's official 311 channel and the right request type for street damage. Draft a report with the exact location, size, safety risk and my photo [ATTACH]. Show me the draft before you submit, then give me the ticket number. If the city has a vehicle damage claim process, tell me the deadline and what it needs.
Steps
  1. Describe the hazard: location, size, lane, and any damage it caused.
  2. Let the bot find the official 311 form or app and the matching request type.
  3. Approve each report before it's submitted; avoid spammy duplicates.

Have Grok Bot gather your documents and prepare a complex overseas tax filing for review

@Texas_Twins_Dad says Grok Bot saved them more than $1,000 on a complicated tax filing with overseas reporting that would have needed a hard-to-find accountant.

I need to prepare my [YEAR] tax filing, including overseas reporting for [COUNTRY / ACCOUNTS].

1. Search my email and the statements I give you for every document this filing needs (income forms, foreign account statements, last year's return). List what you found and what is missing.
2. List the filing requirements that apply to me, each with a link to the official tax-authority page. If you are not sure something applies, say so.
3. Fill out the forms as drafts and save them in one folder, with a table of every number and the document it came from.
4. Do not submit, pay or contact anyone. I will review everything and file myself.
Steps
  1. Give the bot your email and the year's statements (exports are safer than live bank logins).
  2. Ask for a list of found and missing documents before any forms.
  3. Have it list requirements with links to the official tax-authority pages.
  4. Let it fill drafts and a number-by-number source table.
  5. Check every figure yourself, then file; ask a tax pro if any rule is unclear.

Have two Grok Bots set up cold-email outreach and research local leads you approve

@drevoudouriss is using two Grok Bots to find web-design clients. One helped buy a separate outreach domain, set up Google Workspace and email authentication, and connect it all to Instantly.

Find [NUMBER] small businesses in [AREA] that [VISIBLE PROBLEM, e.g. have no website or an outdated one]. For each, add a row to [SHEET]: name, site, the business contact email listed on their own site, what's weak and one specific improvement. Then draft a 3-sentence first email per lead: one specific observation about their site, one line on who I am, and a soft ask for a quick chat. No mockups or prices. Don't send anything; I'll approve each email.
Steps
  1. Have one bot handle setup: outreach domain, Workspace inbox, email authentication, sending tool.
  2. Have the second bot research leads into a sheet with one improvement idea each.
  3. Draft short first emails: one observation and a soft ask, no mockups or prices.

I let an AI run my startup for a week

Al of Tiny Projects / PromptBase ran Grok Bot as a mini team for a week: a support bot on Gmail, an engineer bot that writes code, a security bot watching Cloudflare and server logs, and a marketing bot tasked with 2% weekly social growth.

You are my solo-founder ops crew on Grok Bot.

Bots and jobs:
1) Support — read my support inbox, draft replies, escalate bugs to Engineer. Never send until I approve.
2) Engineer — fix bugs and small features in the repo. Open PRs or describe diffs; never deploy production without my OK.
3) Security — watch Cloudflare and server logs for suspicious activity; alert me with evidence.
4) Marketing — grow social reach ~2%/week; propose experiments, draft posts; I approve every public post.

Rules:
- Hand work between bots with a short handoff note.
- Ask one clarifying question at a time when preferences matter.
- Never send email, post publicly, charge a card, or deploy until I approve the exact action.

Today: [paste priorities]. Start with a status table of open threads and bugs.
Steps
  1. Create specialized bots: support (email), engineer (code), security (logs/Cloudflare), marketing (growth goal).
  2. Connect the accounts each bot needs; keep send/buy/deploy behind your approval.
  3. Let bots collaborate on small customer issues while you focus on bigger work.
  4. Use the phone app when away from a keyboard; review overnight experiments in the morning.

Steps
  1. Share the clip and a style reference, and set a hard frame and session budget.

- log a ticket in [TRACKER] if it's a task or bug
- draft a reply for me (don't post) if someone is waiting on me

Rewrite a finance backend from .NET to Hono with Claude Code under a parity harness

@ali_ilhami reports moving Nuvio’s backend from .NET to Hono in 36 days (Sep 4–Oct 9, 2026) with Claude Code, Cursor and Codex writing the application code.

We are migrating our [OLD STACK] backend to [NEW STACK] with exact behavior preservation.
Rules:
1. Same routes, status codes, error codes and pagination fields. No “improvements”.
2. Money fields stay decimal/string, never floating point.
3. For each route: record old response + DB delta + outbound calls; port; replay until equal.
4. If old and new disagree, assume new is wrong unless I approve a numbered discrepancy report.
Start by listing every HTTP operation and a recording plan for side effects (email, payments, analytics).
Steps
  1. Freeze routes, status codes, error codes and money types (never JS numbers for money).
  2. Build a recorder that captures responses, DB writes and outbound calls from the old system.
  3. Port in tiers from low-risk to high-risk; gate each route on replay, not on “files exist”.
  4. Cut over with a written rollback; expect agents to cheat toward green—block hand-edited expectations.

Turn a lease, job offer or contract into a one-page brief before you sign

@RoundtableSpace posted a copy-paste prompt for Claude that reads a document you're about to sign and returns five plain-English bullets, every fee and penalty with its clause number, every deadline.

You are reviewing a document I'm about to sign. I am not a lawyer. Read the entire document before answering.

1. Summarize what I'm agreeing to in 5 plain-English bullet points.
2. List every payment, fee, deposit, penalty and automatic price increase, with the clause number and the exact amount or formula.
3. List every deadline and notice period I have to meet, and what happens if I miss it.
4. Flag clauses that are unusual, one-sided or hard to undo, such as auto-renewal, early termination, liability, arbitration and data sharing. Quote each clause and explain the risk in one sentence.
5. Tell me what a document like this would normally include that this one is missing.
6. Write the 5 questions I should ask before signing, most important first.

Rules: quote the document for every claim. If something is unclear or not in the document, say so instead of guessing. Don't give legal advice. Tell me where I should ask a lawyer.
Steps
  1. Attach the full document (not a summary) so every clause can be quoted.
  2. Paste the prompt exactly as posted.

Ask mode only — do not edit files.
Walk me through this repo:
1) What starts when a user opens the app?
2) How do the main modules talk to each other?
3) Where should I look first when [FEATURE] breaks?

Get a second opinion on a $1,800 car repair quote from the shop's own inspection video

After a routine service, a shop recommended about $1,800 of work on Kyle Blanchard's Mazda and sent an inspection video. They gave an AI agent a photo of the quote and the full video.

Act as my independent car-repair second opinion. I don't know much about cars, so explain everything in plain English.

What I have:
- Car: [year, make, model], [mileage] miles
- The shop's written recommendations and prices: [paste them or attach a photo]
- The shop's inspection video: [attach it or paste the link]

Do this:
1. List each recommended repair with its price.
2. For each one, check what the video actually shows at the relevant timestamps. Say clearly what the footage proves and what it can't prove.
3. Check each repair against the manufacturer's maintenance schedule for my car and mileage.
4. Rate each one: needed now, can wait (and roughly how long), or not supported by the evidence.
5. Tell me what could happen if I don't fix each one.
6. Check the paperwork for errors (my plate, VIN and mileage).
7. For anything that may be needed, write a short script I can use to ask 2 or 3 well-reviewed local shops for a second opinion and an out-the-door quote for the same scope.

Don't book, approve or pay for anything. Tell me what you'd do and I'll decide.
Steps
  1. Photograph the shop's written recommendations and prices, and save the inspection video.
  2. Give both to your AI and ask it to compare each recommended repair with what the video actually shows.
  3. Have it check each repair against the maker's maintenance schedule for your car and mileage, and explain what happens if you wait.
  4. Ask it to check the paperwork (plate, VIN, mileage) for mismatches.
  5. For anything that may be needed, get a second opinion and a same-scope quote from another well-reviewed shop before you approve work.

Have ChatGPT find a faster version of a hand-tuned assembly routine, with the cycle math

Dave Plummer, the former Microsoft engineer behind Windows Task Manager, asked ChatGPT to optimize a memcpy they wrote for the Motorola 68000.

Make this routine faster without changing its behavior.

Target: [CPU or runtime, e.g. MC68000, x86-64, Node 22]
Routine:
[paste code with its comments]

1. Explain where the time goes now, with cycle counts or cost estimates per loop.
2. Propose a faster version and show the same math for it.
3. Give the speedup for small, medium and large inputs, and list any cases where the new version is slower or uses more memory or code space.
4. Write tests covering edge cases (empty input, odd alignment, boundaries) that I can run on both versions.
5. Say clearly what you calculated versus what would need real measurement.
Steps
  1. Paste the routine with its comments and say which CPU or runtime it targets.
  2. Ask for a faster version and for the cost math (cycles, instructions or benchmarks) for both versions.
  3. Ask it to list the input sizes or cases where the new version is slower.
  4. Ask how it checked correctness, then assemble, test and benchmark it yourself on real hardware.

Have Grok Bot check this year's tax return against last year's and catch a missed depreciation deduction

Jeremy Judkins's Grok Bot flagged a mistake on their 2025 tax return on its own: TurboTax was spreading their Cybertruck's remaining basis evenly ($18,910 for year 2).

Review my tax return for missed or inconsistent deductions before I file.

What I have:
- This year's draft return: [attach PDF or export]
- Last year's filed return: [attach PDF]
- Assets I depreciate: [vehicle or equipment, purchase date, cost, business-use %]
- Tax software I use: [name and version]

Do this:
1. For each depreciated asset, compare this year with last year: method, recovery period, convention and remaining basis. Flag any change (for example, a switch from a declining-balance schedule to straight-line) and show the math both ways.
2. Check that nothing is counted twice, such as a vehicle that is depreciated and also claimed under vehicle expenses.
3. List each difference with its dollar effect on my deductions, and say what you're unsure about.
4. Tell me exactly which forms and lines to check or change in my tax software, step by step.

Don't file or change anything. I'll make the edits myself and confirm with a tax professional if the amount is large.
Steps
  1. Give your AI this year's draft return and last year's filed return, plus a list of assets you depreciate (vehicle, equipment) with purchase dates and cost.
  2. Ask it to compare each asset's depreciation method, recovery period and remaining basis across the two years, and show the math for both.
  3. Have it check that nothing is claimed twice, such as a vehicle that is both depreciated and listed under vehicle expenses.
  4. Ask for the forms and lines to change in your tax software, step by step.
  5. Make the edits yourself and check them with IRS instructions or a tax professional before you file.

Have Grok Bot find a surprise renewal's receipt, cancel it and ask for a refund

@glenntkim noticed a recurring subscription charge on their card while driving.

A recurring charge from [MERCHANT] for [AMOUNT] hit my card on [DATE].

1. Search my email for the original purchase or signup receipt and any renewal notice. Show me what you found.
2. Tell me how to cancel. Cancel only after I say yes.
3. Draft a short, polite request for a refund of this renewal that cites the receipt and the date I cancelled. Show me the draft and wait for my approval before sending.
Steps
  1. Tell the bot the merchant, amount and date of the charge.
  2. Have it find the original receipt and renewal notice in your email.
  3. Approve the cancellation.
  4. Approve the refund-request draft before it is sent.

Have Grok Bot mail a card-dispute letter when it can't call your bank

@xenappblog's Grok Bot couldn't phone the bank to dispute a merchant charge, so it found LetterStream's Print & Send service and mailed a dispute letter; the author says they paid $2 to get $50 back.

I want to dispute a charge: [MERCHANT], [DATE], [AMOUNT] on my [CARD ISSUER] card. Reason: [WHY]. Find the issuer's official mailing address for billing disputes and draft a dispute letter with the charge details, what I already tried with the merchant, and a list of attached evidence. Use only the last 4 digits of my card. Show me the letter and the print-and-mail cost before sending. After it's sent, watch my inbox for the issuer's reply and remind me of any deadline.
Steps
  1. Collect the receipt, charge date and any messages with the merchant.
  2. Ask the bot for the issuer's official dispute mailing address, not a guess.
  3. Review the letter: last 4 card digits only, clear reason, list of enclosures.
  4. Keep the mailing receipt and let the bot flag the issuer's reply.

Have Grok Bot redraw DIY speaker plans, check CNC files and request shop quotes

@pablo9alexander had Grok Bot help build a pair of Troels speakers: it dug up the original plans, redrew every panel for 22mm MDF with compound bevels, built a 3D model to check the fit.

Help me build [SPEAKER PLAN NAME] in [THICKNESS]mm MDF. 1) Find the original panel drawings. 2) Redraw every panel for that thickness, including compound bevels. 3) Build a 3D model and list any collisions. 4) Write CNC files and run accuracy checks; report how many checks passed/failed. 5) Draft quote emails to CNC shops — do not send until I approve. Be very careful; stop and ask if anything is unclear.
Steps
  1. Name the exact plan set and the sheet thickness you will cut.
  2. Ask for redrew panels, a 3D model and CNC files with a count of checks run.
  3. Review the accuracy report and cut list yourself.
  4. Approve any emails to CNC shops before they go out.

Let Claude Code model and set-dress a Blender + Unreal scene while you art-direct

@melnukoff says Claude Code built a 3D scene and almost every asset in it with Blender and Unreal Engine: it did the modeling, optimized the topology and set-dressed the room on its own.

Build a [SCENE] for Unreal Engine, modeling the assets in Blender. Style references: [REFERENCES]. First list every asset you plan to make with rough sizes and wait for my OK. Use clean, game-ready topology, name every object clearly, then set-dress the scene. Don't add cameras or lighting; I'll do those.
Steps
  1. Collect style references and a list of the props the scene needs.
  2. Ask for an asset list first and approve it before any modeling.
  3. Review topology and scale on a few assets before it builds the rest.
  4. Keep cameras and lighting for yourself, as the author did.

Move Claude Code and your repos onto Grok Bot, then drive it from Mac or iPhone

@ifourth's MacBook was lagging with Claude Code running all day across SaaS projects, so they moved Claude Code and all repos onto Grok Bot's cloud PC, use T3 Code to send tasks from Mac or iPhone.

You're my remote coding workstation on Grok Bot.

Setup assumptions:
- Claude Code CLI is installed on this machine.
- My repos live here under ~/projects.

2) Inspect the relevant repo/files.
3) Make the change (or propose a plan if risky).
4) Show the diff summary and how to verify.
5) Stop before git push, deploy, or anything irreversible until I say so.

Current task: [describe].
Steps
  1. Put Claude Code and your project repos on the Grok Bot cloud computer.

Plan meals and fill a grocery cart with a three-bot Grok Bot food prep team

Michael Fenech set up a Grok Bot Chief of Staff with three specialist bots: a Meal Organiser, a Shopper that fills the grocery cart and stops before checkout, and a Cooking Bot.

Set up a food prep team for me: three specialist Bots reporting to you, my Chief of Staff.

Start by asking me for any missing details in my food profile. Show me the proposed Bot descriptions before creating them.

MY FOOD PROFILE

Diet: [my diet or dietary goals].
Servings: [how many people each meal should feed].
Never include: [allergies, intolerances and disliked foods].
Preferences: [cooking time, budget and ingredient preferences].
Grocery store: [Add store link].
Meal bank: [6–10 meals I like, or ask me and suggest some].

Save my confirmed profile for future use.

1 - MEAL ORGANISER
When I tell you how many days and which meals, build a plan from my meal bank.

Follow my food profile. Ask about ingredients I already have so we can avoid buying them again.

Return the meal plan and one combined shopping list with quantities matched to the number of servings. Include any extras I request.

Wait for my approval before handing the list to the Shopper.

2 - SHOPPER

After I approve the plan, open my grocery store's website and fill the cart with the approved shopping list.

Pick sensible pack sizes. Check the existing cart before adding items to avoid duplicates.

For out-of-stock items, choose the closest suitable match within my food profile. Flag anything uncertain rather than guessing, especially where an allergy or dietary restriction is involved.

Stop before checkout. Never choose a delivery slot, place the order or pay.

Return the cart total, substitutions and anything you couldn't find. I will review the cart and check out myself.

3 - COOKING

When I name a meal from the plan, give me simple cooking instructions using the ingredients we selected, including any approved substitutions.

Include preparation time, cooking time, quantities and steps in order. Explain when to start each component so everything finishes together.

Keep the recipe within my agreed cooking-time preference. Flag any extra preparation needed in advance.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

I tell you:

'Plan 3 days of lunch and dinner, plus these extras: [items].'

You get the Meal Organiser to draft the plan and show it to me.

After my approval, send the shopping list to the Shopper.

Report back when the cart is ready, including anything that needs my attention.

When I ask what to cook, use the current plan and get the Cooking Bot to guide me.

For the initial grocery-store connection, open the website and let me complete the login myself.

Confirm which Bots are created and whether the store is accessible. Tell me if any setup step remains incomplete.
Steps
  1. Ask Grok Bot (as Chief of Staff) to create three specialist bots: Meal Organiser, Shopper, and Cooking Bot, and to show their descriptions before creating them.
  2. Fill in your food profile: diet, servings, never-include list, preferences, grocery-store link, and a meal bank of 6–10 meals.
  3. Tell the Chief of Staff how many days of lunch and dinner to plan (plus extras); approve the Meal Organiser's plan and shopping list.
  4. Let the Shopper fill the cart and stop before checkout; review substitutions, then check out yourself.
  5. When cooking, name a meal from the plan and get step-by-step instructions from the Cooking Bot.

Get your internet bill cut by having ChatGPT negotiate in the provider's live chat

After a door-to-door rep offered fiber for $50 a month, AJ Stuyvenberg had ChatGPT negotiate their Verizon bill through Verizon's own live chat.

Yesterday someone from Comcast knocked on my door and said they'd give me symmetric 1gig for $50 mo. My verizon bill is currently like $100. I'm logged into verizon in chrome, negotiate for a lower bill with computer use
Steps

Run three restaurants' policies, pricing checks and complaint replies with ChatGPT

Ted and Tami Taylor, who own three quick-service restaurants in New Mexico, use ChatGPT to draft required health procedures, reply to customer complaints and write a social media policy.

I run [type of business] in [city/state] with [number] locations. Help me with: [pick one]
A) A written procedure for [new regulation]. Here is the official requirement: [paste]. Draft it in plain steps staff can follow.
B) A reply to this customer complaint: [paste]. Apologize where we're at fault, be specific, and offer [remedy].
C) A price comparison: our menu [paste] vs competitors [paste]. Include delivery-app markups of [X]% and compare value per [size/weight]. Flag any increase that would make us the most expensive option.
Steps
  1. When a new regulation lands, ask for a first-draft procedure, then check it against the official requirement.
  2. Paste customer complaints and ask for calm, specific replies to edit.
  3. Ask for a handbook policy on gaps like social media, and have a professional review it.

Turn a $25 airline voucher into $4,760.36 in EU261 compensation

Panos Ipeirotis's Norse Atlantic flight from Oslo was delayed overnight, and the airline offered a $25 card.

My flight [flight number] from [departure airport] to [arrival airport] on [date] was [delayed X hours / cancelled]. Reason given: [reason]. The airline offered: [offer]. Here is their email: [paste].
1. Which passenger-rights rules apply (e.g. EU261/UK261) and why? Link to official sources.
2. What am I owed in compensation, and separately in care/expenses? Show the amounts per passenger.
3. Draft both claims as separate messages, citing the right articles.
4. Give me the escalation path if they don't reply within [X] weeks: the complaint body, then the small-claims route, with deadlines.
I'll send everything myself.
Steps
  1. Paste the airline's delay or cancellation email into the assistant and ask what you're owed and under which rule.
  2. File compensation and out-of-pocket expenses (hotel, meals) as two separate claims, citing the articles it gives you.
  3. If the airline doesn't answer, ask which national complaint body handles that departure airport, and file there.
  4. If the airline ignores that decision too, ask how to file a small claim where the airline is registered.
  5. When a settlement offer comes in, accept it in writing as partial payment, reserve the interest and costs, and withdraw nothing until the money arrives.

Get an AI second opinion on your MRI with Claude Code

A shoulder-pain patient gave the DICOM files from their MRI to Claude Code (Opus 4.8). It read the tendon as intact where the clinic had reported a partial tear, then compared the two readings.

I have an MRI DICOM export in this folder and the radiologist's written report (attached). First make a detailed plan. Install any packages you need. Write an independent report of what you see. Then compare it with the radiologist's report point by point, say how confident you are about each disagreement, and list questions I should ask my doctor. You are not giving medical advice.
Steps
  1. Ask the clinic for a copy of the MRI (DICOM export) and the written results.
  2. In Claude Code, let it install the analysis packages it needs and plan before acting.
  3. Have it write its own report.
  4. Have it compare its report with the radiologist's, using subagents for independent readings.

Dispute a $1,201.80 dental bill with ChatGPT-drafted insurance appeals

Jamie Phillis used ChatGPT to read a dental bill. It flagged a screening Phillis didn't consent to, two evaluations billed on the same day, and photos charged at seven times the allowed rate.

Here are my dental/medical bill [paste], my explanation of benefits [paste], notes from my call with the insurer [paste], and the insurer's appeal instructions [paste].
1. Explain each charge in plain English.
2. Flag charges that look wrong: services I didn't consent to, codes that can't be billed together on the same day, amounts above the allowed rate, network problems.
3. Work out what I should owe based on allowed amounts and my coinsurance.
4. Draft an appeal letter that follows the instructions exactly, plus mailing instructions. Mark anything you're unsure about.
Steps
  1. Upload the bill and the explanation of benefits, and ask what each charge is and which ones look wrong.
  2. Call your insurer, transcribe the call, and give the transcript to the assistant.
  3. Ask it to draft the appeal following your insurer's exact instructions, then revise it until it's accurate.
  4. If the first appeal is denied, upload the denial and ask about a second-level appeal and a complaint to your state insurance department.

Cut a $195,628 hospital bill to about $32,500 by checking it against Medicare rules

Here is my itemized hospital bill / UB-04 with CPT and revenue codes: [paste]. Location: [city, state]. Date of service: [date]. Insurance status: [uninsured / insurer].
1. Make a table: code, description, amount billed, what Medicare would pay for this code in my area this year, notes.
2. Flag anything that looks unbundled (components billed separately from a comprehensive procedure), mutually exclusive codes billed together, inpatient-only codes on an outpatient visit, or care that the records don't show was given.
3. Show your sources for every rate and rule so I can check them.
4. Draft a polite but firm letter to the billing office that lists each issue and offers to pay [amount] promptly in exchange for a zero balance. Don't send anything.
Steps
  1. Ask the hospital for an itemized bill, then for the UB-04 form (the coded claim it would send to an insurer).
  2. Give the codes to the assistant and ask for a spreadsheet of what Medicare pays for each one, for your state and year.
  3. Ask it to flag unbundled charges, mutually exclusive codes and care that was billed but never given.
