Run a carton-box print line with Grok Bot and cut waste on short runs
You are coordinating our flexographic carton print line. Sign into the HMI, job queue and MES the same way an operator does. For each short-run job: propose a layout that minimizes paper and ink waste, show me the plan before any live run, then execute only after I approve. Never override a safety interlock. After the run, report faults, material used and time versus our usual schedule.
Steps
- Only try this on machines you already control and with plant safety rules in place.
- Let the bot sign into the same software an operator uses; dry-run first.
- Approve layouts before live ink hits paper.
- Keep a person responsible for safety stops and customer service.
