Clear a to-do list from the gym on a phone call

While lifting, Jakob Lind used Grok Bot on his phone to prep an interview, buy car items, send emails, and triage every open email thread—then continued interview prep on a voice call during a walk and brainstormed content with a separate creator bot.

Try it yourself

What you get

A cleared to-do list and a status overview of every open email thread, including which ones need a follow-up.

Tools

  • Grok Bot (phone app)
  • Email account connected

Time / cost: Done during one gym session (per author)

Steps

  1. Dictate your whole to-do list to the agent while your hands are busy.
  2. Ask for an overview of every ongoing email thread: status and whether it needs a follow-up.
  3. Let it draft the emails and prepare purchases; approve each send and buy yourself.
  4. Use a voice call for longer prep work, such as interview practice.

Copy-ready prompt

Here is my to-do list for today: [list]. For each item, tell me what you can do now and do it after I approve. Then go through my email and give me a table of every ongoing thread: who, status, and whether it needs a follow-up from me. Draft replies for the ones that do, but don't send anything until I say so.

Prompt written by AgentPlays from the source. Fill in the [brackets] and approve before anything is sent or bought.

In their words

Today I was at the gym lifting weights with a long to-do list. I handled all of it from Grok Bot on my phone: prepared for an interview, bought things for the car, sent emails, and got an overview of every ongoing email thread, its status, and which ones need a follow-up.
