Have Grok Bot find a surprise renewal's receipt, cancel it and ask for a refund

Screenshot of a SmilePlus support email telling Glenn that order #16326 was canceled before shipping and fully refunded, and that his subscription is canceled

@glenntkim noticed a recurring subscription charge on his card while driving. Through Grok in his Tesla he had his Grok Bot search old emails for the original purchase; with the receipt, the agent cancelled the subscription online and asked whether to request a refund of the renewal. He said yes, it emailed the company, and he says the refund arrived two hours later.

In their words

I immediately had Grok contact my Grok Bot and had one of my agents search through my old emails to pull up the initial purchase, with the receipt the agent went online and cancelled the subscription and asked if it should contact customer service to ask for a refund of the renewal this morning. Of course I said yes and it then wrote an email and sent it off to the company. Two hours later I had my refund!
