I have a leaky roof at [AREA]. Find [N] local licensed roofers, draft one short SMS describing the leak and asking for an inspection window this week, and wait for my OK before sending. Collect replies and propose three appointment slots for my calendar. Do not negotiate price without me.

In their words

I love AI agents. I've got a leaky roof, so Grok Bot found the local roofers, sent them all one text and they all came back. All I had to do was confirm the appointments and they went in my diary. Personal assistants are truly cooked.
